Any rent to own homes?

I am seeking any families, couples, or military members who are willing to rent me their home for a possible sale down the road.
I recently just moved to El Paso, a professional with a career.
I was told that El Paso has a lot of military member that leave the El Paso area and are willing to sell their home.
My job will probably keep me here long term.
If you know of anyone or if this is you please let me know.
I have no pets, and open to any area in town.
Preferable the Northeast, central, downtown area as it is close to my job but again I am open to any location.
