The house is furnished with a dining room table and a kitchen table and lots of shelf space to put your things in the pantry.
We have two fridges and a washer and dryer on site.
We share four bathrooms.
Who will you be living with? A group of men and women between the ages of 22-40.
We all work or go to school.
We do not smoke, do drugs, or have pets.
We hire someone to clean the common areas and yard.
We are a group of 8.
We are not a party house and like to keep things calm and respectful for ourselves and others.
If you are a student… Most of us are students.
We do not party.
We like to have a respectful environment.
The room is walking distance to the Campbell Building and you can use the free shuttle to get to campus.
We have some rules.
We like to be respectful of other and have quiet hours from 11 pm to 6 am.
We pay a bit extra to have the common areas cleaned weekly, fumigation, and weed pulling.
