Looking for a female roommate, I’m sorry but I cannot share a house with another male.
private room, own bathroom, pool, driveway space, washer/dryer, no pets, no kids this is a single room.
Room has a full size bed, tv, dresser and a closet.
Clean up after yourself and help with communal space chores.
No smoking cigarettes inside the house.
