Rent will be $580 a month including utilities with 3bad room that will be 2 bathroom returned with kitchen being in good condition when you leave.
Rent may vary if HOA fees go up.
The A/C in the main room doesn't work and also isn't good for my reptiles.
I recommend having portable A/C unit for you room.
You may customize your room with shelves or paint and nails.
You will have to pay for and pass a background check which is.
And must also pay for the parking pass for the second parking spot that is off street.
if you want to park there that is.
All first meetings will be in a public probably at a coffee shop.
I work random hours so id prefer someone that's quiet no loud parties.
obviously parties are fine but nothing loud and crazy.
no cigarettes or weed.
I am allergic to marijuana I cannot have a housemate that smokes it.
