I'm looking for someone to rent the upstairs rooms of my house.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs.
The downstairs kitchen and living rooms are shared and is semi furnished.
There's a half bath downstairs as well.
I'm rarely home so that's why I would like to share my space.
Perfect opportunity to rent a house for cheap.
My home has a pool that is cleaned regularly.
The street is safe to live on with retired Veterans always watching out.
I work 35 days on, and have 35 days off.
However, I am usually at the house for a week or two for the year.
So it will feel more like your own house.
The house is mostly furnished in the main living areas with new washer and dryer.
$800 deposit.
You pay half water, sewer, electric, and garbage.
Typically around $200 for half utilities.
Internet included.
