I've had good experiences with military personnel, hence, I would love to have them at my house again.
It is a nice house located in a quiet residential area in the East side; a few minutes away from the 10FWY and the 375 Loop.
Some major streets around are Zaragosa, George Dieter, Pelicano, Lee Trevino, & Rojas among others.
Utilities are included but it is kindly asked to please not waste electricity or water by leaving the lights/electronics on or water running while you're gone.
Tenant has access to the common areas such as the laundry room, kitchen, living room, patio, and BBQ area.
The place rents for $450.
