The room has tall ceiling, shared bathroom, and shared kitchen.
it is upstairs and comes furnished with a bed, desk, and lamp.
The house is a two story brick home.
The house has 8 rooms, 1 bathroom.
There is street parking.
There is wifi and washer and dryer on-site.
There are 7 people living in the house.
Five of them are graduate students and one of them is a professional.
The cost of utilities is paid separately.
We require application, application fee, lease, security deposit and utility deposit.
We are looking for someone who can afford to pay rent and clean up after themselves.
We do not drink or party or smoke.
Drugs, excessive violence, noise or alcohol will not be tolerated.
