This position is based at the Shirley Leavell Monday – Friday with varying hours.
*What you will be doing:* The *Fitness Trainer *leads and coordinates individual or group adult aerobics and physical fitness sessions for a specified health and fitness program.
· Develop new aerobics and fitness programs for various age groups, especially elderly population · Able to supervise and instruct participants in proper movements to maximize workouts *Required Qualifications:* · High school graduate or equivalent · Must be at least 18 years of age · One (1) to three (3) years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or must have taken fitness classes consistently within past year; or must be recommended by Fitness & Aquatics manager for in house training · CPR and First Aid certifications prior to start employment and effectively maintain these certifications · Access to vehicle with required liability insurance and valid driver’s license if working at multiple locations *Anticipated Salary and Benefits* · $11.
