We are looking for a CDL A (Class A CDL) Recent Graduate to join our team.

Pay: $1,000 per week on average, You will receive a pay increase after paid training
Home time policy: home time will differ during training, it could vary from home daily to home weekly to home every 2 weeks.
Hiring Area: El Paso, TX (75-mile radius)
What we offer:
Paid training after you have received your CDL A license, you will do 160 hours of training which will include driving with a mentor to help you transition into your new career.
Your mentor will be there to help you learn to navigate the tractor and trailer so that when you go out on your own you are prepared for any obstacles that may come up.
Your home time during training will differ depending on the lane that your mentor in running.
Once you have completed training, you will issued your own truck and will hit the road rolling solo.
You will be driving an International LT Tractor with a 53-foot dry van trailer.
We offer no thought freight and consistent home time so you can have a great work/life balance.
Orientation: We will provide you with travel to orientation that will last for 2.
5 days.
We will pay for your hotel room and provide you with breakfast and lunch.

Hiring requirements:
Class A CDL license
Strong work ethic to make on-time deliveries
Must be able to read, write and communicate
(6) Six months tractor trailer experience in the last (1) one year
Certificate from DOT-approved truck driving school
We do not offer tuition reimbursement, school needs to be paid in full
