Truck Driver
Duties:
- Safely operate a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, and delivery trucks
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
Experience:
- Previous experience as a truck driver or in a related field is preferred
- Proficient in operating different types of trucks, such as tractor-trailers, dump trucks, and delivery trucks
- Familiarity with manual transmission and heavy equipment operation
- Experience with refrigerated trailers is a plus
- Knowledge of basic automotive repair is beneficial
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive various types of trucks and navigate different road conditions
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Physical stamina to load and unload cargo as needed
