Shop Clerk (El Paso)

Key Responsibilities- • Ensure all work orders are entered in a timely manner with correct services and parts.
• Close all daily work orders and uploaded/file into Transportation software (square rigger) • Ensure all work orders for previous month are entered by the following month deadline.
• All service phone calls should be answered in a timely manner.
Service calls will need to be followed up.
• All reports such as Locals PTI and Owner Operator maintenance should be completed in timely manner and stored in shared folder.
• Be able to give orientation to new drivers.
• Clerks will need to be fully crossed trained in all duties.
• Follow work/lunch schedule.
