In addition to meeting center donation criteria, you must provide a valid photo ID, proof of current address, and proof of Social Security number.
If you are not a US Citizen, you can provide your SIN for Canadian residents or your Border Crossing Card (B1/B2 VISA/BBC) for Mexican nationals to donate.
