$1,000 3900 Rosa Office/Studio/Co-Work Space/Art Space (El Paso)

Hello All We are renting 4 spots at 3900 Rosa @ $1000 per w (internet/water/electric) included.
Concept is a semi-private spaces with common space.
Goal is to have an all local hub of micro businesses.
If this seems like something that might a good fit for you please let me know.
You will have a private door to access your own space and 8 ft walls around.
Each space will be 20 x 25 FT more or less.
Bathrooms/hangout area/etc will be open and hopefully also include art shows/readings/open workspace/etc.
